Duty Manager
We are seeking a Duty Manager for a seven–month contract from early April until late October.
For the right individual, a contract extension to create a year-round position is possible. A broad base of experience in service/hospitality is necessary as are demonstrated supervisory/management skills.
A day of white water rafting.
We pay well for motivated and committed team members. Wages and contract-completion bonus will depend on experience. Health-care benefits are available for long-term employees. Further details may be obtained by applying.
The Duty Manager will be expected to become fully familiar with all operations in front office, reservations, housekeeping, breakfast service and maintenance and will assist as needed in any of these areas. Responsibilities will include assisting management with all aspects of day-to-day operations including guest service and public relations, personnel recruitment, training, coaching and evaluation, problem solving, decision making, service enhancement and generally getting done what needs to be done. This is a dynamic, variable, hands-on job for an energetic, adaptable individual who wants to grow and learn. Those seeking an administrative/executive experience should not apply.
