Cancellation policy:

A deposit equal to one night's room rate (plus taxes) is required to confirm a reservation. One week's notice of cancellation sent by email to info@bearhilllodge.com (including shortening a reservation) is required for deposit refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within one week of arrival are subject to forfeit or deposit unless space can be resold. Cancellations at Trademark must be made directly with the company.
