Many years ago…through various individual journeys, a small group of friends made their homes in the majestic Rocky Mountains of Jasper. Inspired by the outdoors, heritage cabins and mountain culture, together with the help of the hard working Lodge‘s team, they cherished the stories past and embarked on this adventure of creating a “new version of Bear Hill Lodge”.

With a perfect blend of modern conveniences and traditional touches, every new cabin has been individually designed and custom built by local Master Craftsmen to be the perfect springboard to your Rocky Mountains adventures allowing you to look forward to your cozy space and relax at the end of your day, whether inside by the fire or outside in your outdoor sitting area.

Luxurious high end material including solid wood custom kitchen and vanity cabinets; quartz counter tops; hard wood and tile flooring; porcelain tiled shower; pine vaulted ceilings; heavy timber, live edge wood accent; high quality furnishings contribute to create our Signature Mountain Style which always includes a cozy seating area by our natural stone fireplaces!

THE RESORT

SMALL CABIN RESORT NESTLED IN OUR LITTLE CORNER OF TOWN, A STONE’S THROW AWAY FROM THE CENTRE GIVING OUR GUESTS EASY ACCESS TO ALL JASPER MAIN SITES, SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS.

As Bear Hill Lodge continues to evolve, we are pleased to share that new cabins will be introduced in 2026 — with our signature mountain charm for comfort and space.

Situated at the edge of the charming mountain village of Jasper, Bear Hill Lodge is conveniently located within the townsite. Our setting provides easy access to both the amenities of the downtown area and the extensive trail system of the Pyramid Bench area. It’s only a fifteen minute walk to the centre of town and we’re just up the street from the community recreation centre, the public aquatic centre and children’s playground.
